Lori Stewart

Lori Stewart is the Senior Vice President of People at Jade Biosciences, bringing more than 25 years of experience in human resources leadership across biotechnology, financial services, and technology industries. She specializes in people strategy, organizational development, talent management, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures.

Before joining Jade Biosciences, Lori served as SVP, People and Culture at Icosavax, where she designed and led the company’s people and culture function, supporting organizational scale and the rapid progression of scientific programs from 2022 until the company’s acquisition by AstraZeneca in 2024. Prior to Icosavax, she was VP of People at Adaptive Biotechnologies, where she played a key role in early growth and talent strategy.

Lori holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BA in Management from Hartwick College.
